All of our processes are based on simplicity and we have tried to make it as easy as possible for you.

Your photo should have a minimum size of 250kb. You can see the size of your photo by moving your mouse over the picture and select the right mouse button. Under properties you can see the size. The photo can be added to the order in the online order form. If you have any doubts please send the photo to us by email so we can check it for you. If your photo is larger than 7mb please send it on a cd or dvd format to us by normal post.
You can also send us an analog photo of which we will scan for you.
This can be indicated on the order form. The photo will be returned together with the print. Old photo's or negatives can also be scanned by us without any problem.
As our frames are 3cm deep, part of the photo will be wrapped around the edges of the frame as standard. We can, by using various techniques, reduce this to a minimum but please take this into account.

for a photo. You can always indicate certain preferences regarding the wrapping on the online order form.

You can create a squared photo of a rectangle photo. |
You can also highlight a certain detail of a photo and print this onto linen. |
On completion of the order form you will be transferred to our secure payment system whereby payment can be made using your credit card. You will receive confirmation of your order and we will start processing your order immediately after that. The delivery time of your printwill be one week maximum. Guaranteed!
We use UPS for all our shipments. If UPS is not able to deliver the print on a normal working day you will receive a notification to contact them to schedule the perferred date and time for the delivery.
