We deliver our products worldwide within 5 working days. The shipping costs depend on what you order and where you are shipping it to. For that reason, the shipping costs will automatically be calculated by our system on step 4 of the order process.

Read reviewIf there is a problem with damaged goods Hello Canvas have always replaced them without question. It's not the first time that goods have arrived badly damaged and it's been pretty obviously rough handling by the courier they use who is UPS (read Useless Parcel Service) who presumably adhere to the same standards as their American parents. My advice, given freely, to Hello Canvas is to get a more reliable delivery organisation.
